or Leg Curl (2 sets of 10)

or inclined chest press (2 sets of 10)

wireless foot fly (2 sets of 10)

Standing or dumbbell curl Curl one arm, then the other, for a repetition. (2 sets of 10)

or single-arm triceps From a sitting position, with the weight pointing behind the head (not behind your shoulder), extend your arm until it is upward. (2 sets of 10 each arm)

Day 2 (Tuesday):

or jumpRope (400 jumps)

or High-raised knee sprint Sprint the length of a basketball to stay on your toes and lift your knees as high as possible. (20 shots)
